Shepherd's Rest

A safe, compassionate space for individuals in acute emotional distress or suicidal crisis. Shepherd's Rest offers short-term refuge, round-the-clock support, and a pathway toward healing — because everyone deserves a place to breathe and begin again.

Professional & Peer Support

Counselling & Support Groups

Individual counselling sessions and facilitated peer support groups for those struggling with suicidal thoughts, suicide loss, and related mental health challenges. Our trained counsellors provide evidence-based, non-judgmental support for individuals and bereaved families.

Building Skilled Gatekeepers

Training

Little Lights

An early intervention and mental wellness programme for children ages 5–17 facing trauma, emotional distress, or difficult life situations. Little Lights uses play, art, and storytelling to help young people heal, grow, and find hope again.
